These terms govern the sale of products through www.creativitylabmagic.com to consumers, in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and EU regulations on e-commerce.

Products and Availability
The main characteristics of the products are indicated in the product sheets. All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Orders
Submission of an order by the customer is considered a contractual proposal. The order is deemed accepted, and the contract concluded, upon confirmation by email.

Payments
The accepted payment methods are indicated during checkout (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

Shipping and Delivery
The methods, costs, and delivery times are available in the “Shipping” section of the website.
The indicated times are estimates; any delays due to couriers, peak seasons, or force majeure events are not attributable to Creativity Lab.

Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. Items must be returned intact, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Legal Warranty
All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty for defects not attributable to the customer (Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code).

Limitations of Liability
Creativity Lab is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties, couriers, or force majeure events.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court will be that of the consumer’s place of residence.
