Our 14-day return policy
After receiving an item, you have 14 calendar days to request a return, starting from the day the goods arrive.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

The shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, as is the choice of courier/carrier/service.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
We also cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, within 10 business days you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We will refund the total order value including the initial shipping costs for delivering the goods to you. Return shipping costs incurred to send the goods back to our premises will NOT be refunded.
